Capri
Alden was excited for Capri. More excited than I was at first.. Not because I had anything against Capri, but only because he I was more excited for other parts of our Italy trip.
I was proven wrong.
Capri is breathtakingly beautiful. Hikes, hills and beaches. No matter what corner you turn, you will find a gorgeous view.
We did plenty of walking in this town. Honestly even if we wanted to, we would not have been able to get around otherwise. Capri is a town made to walk. No cars fit on the roads! And although my feet were in major pain by the end of the day (pro tip: buy better quality shoes for next time) some of our sweetest memories are from our day in Capri.
One of our favorites: walking in to a quaint little restaurant, ordering our meals, and our waiter telling us that all of the ingredients we would eat are grown right there in front of us. We look up, and we see a garden with ripe tomatoes, bright green lettuce. Delightful!
